Ashland Hot Yoga is a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming community. We offer many different types of yoga to meet the variety of goals and needs our students bring to their mats. Our intention at Ashland Hot Yoga is to empower Southern Oregon’s yoga community through our classes and workshops
You will need to bring a mat, a towel, and water to class.
On average, hot yoga can burn anywhere from 200-600 calories per session, depending on your body weight!

Moving our bodies is so important for our health! Meet us at Garfield park where we will unite our breath and move our bodies together. It has been a tough year… come breath some fresh air with us and enjoy this yoga flow 🌼
For safety/sanitary purposes, we ask that you bring your own yoga mat or a blanket and give yourself plenty of space from the person next to you.
This is a donation based class! Come free if you’ve lost your income or give what you can! If you have a pass at our studio, you can use that as your donation.

Laughter is the Best Medicine!
Join Dr. Melissa “Awesome” Fossum for a session of Laughter Yoga every Saturday morning at Garfield Park!
This class includes a safe place to express General Silliness, Inner Child Connection, Light Stretching and Fun Movement, and of course Giggles, Smiles, and Deep Belly Laughs that will make you roar with JOY!
Particularly in this current time of uncertainty and fear, we must be bold and exercise our genuine nature of joy and laughter! What a gift to give yourself! Social distancing acknowledged – masks are not mandatory.
