Let’s get your heart pounding and core burning! This class is an effective and sweaty (but non-heated) cardio infusion. Our goal: always be moving. Good for all levels – with variations and options allowing you to find what works for your body. We’ll keep things fun and upbeat, cycle through circuits, and work on toning every muscle of the core. We’ll start class slow, ramp things up with short bursts of intense exercise plus low impact recovery periods, and then cool down, giving you a well rounded energetic experience. We’ll feature moves like bicycle crunches, air squats, and plank variations.
