FAQ & Studio Policies

Everything about your first visit, our passes, and the studio policies that keep classes running smoothly. Can't find your answer? Send us a message from the Contact page.

Class Cancellation Policy

Plans change - we understand! If you can't make it to class, please cancel at least 4 hours before the class start time to avoid a fee or losing a class from your pass.

You can cancel anytime through the Mindbody app or our website. If you're having trouble, please call the studio.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class.

  • Monthly Auto-Pay Membership: $5 fee
  • 6-Month & 1-Year Passes: $5 fee
  • Class Cards (5, 10 & 20) & Drop-Ins: One class deducted as if attended

No-Shows

If you reserve a spot but don't attend or cancel.

  • Monthly Auto-Pay Membership: $8 fee
  • 6-Month & 1-Year Passes: $8 fee
  • Class Cards (5, 10 & 20) & Drop-Ins: One class deducted as if attended

Why we have this policy: Canceling early gives another student the opportunity to take your spot, especially during busy classes. Thank you for helping us make space for everyone!

Cancellation Policy - Workshops & Events

Cancel at least 48 hours before a workshop's start time to receive a refund. Late cancels and no-shows will have their workshop pass deducted as if they attended.

Class Passes

Our class passes include Drop-Ins and 5, 10, and 20 Class Passes. Here's what to know:

  • All sales are final. Drop-Ins, Class Passes, 6-Month Passes, and 1-Year Passes are non-refundable.
  • Want to share your class pass? 5, 10, and 20 Class Passes can be shared with another student. Both students must have an account with us - just email or text the studio and we'll get it set up.
  • Passes cannot be extended. Classes must be used by the expiration date.
  • Expiration dates:
    • Drop-In: 30 days
    • 5 Class Pass: 4 months
    • 10 Class Pass: 6 months
    • 20 Class Pass: 9 months
  • Can't use the rest of your class pass? If you're moving away or won't be able to use your remaining classes before they expire, you may transfer or gift the remaining pass to another student's account.

1-Month Auto-Pay Membership

Our best value for students who want to make yoga a regular part of their routine. Your membership automatically renews every 30 days with no long-term commitment.

The membership is for individual use and cannot be shared.

You can cancel anytime through the Mindbody app, our website, or by calling, texting, or emailing the studio. Just cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for another month. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.

Know Before You Go - Your First Hot Yoga Class

Trying hot yoga for the first time? A little preparation goes a long way! Hydrate throughout the day, avoid a heavy meal 2-3 hours before class, and arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled.

Bring a mat, towel, and water bottle - mat and towel rentals are available at the front desk.

During class, go at your own pace. Every pose the teacher offers is a suggestion, so listen to your body, take breaks, and modify whenever you need to. If you feel dizzy or light-headed, rest, drink some water, and rejoin when you're ready.

After class, rehydrate, take your time cooling down, and enjoy a complimentary cold eucalyptus towel before you head out.

Most importantly, don't worry about anyone else's mat. Your only job is to show up, breathe, and take it one pose at a time.

What Should I Wear?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving and sweating in. Many students choose shorts or leggings with a sports bra or tank; others wear shorts and a t-shirt or go shirtless. The only ask: please don't come into the yoga room wearing only underwear.

How Hot Is the Room?

Every class practices in a room heated to 95+ degrees - from Hot 26 and Power Flow to the gentler Yin and restorative classes. Each class listing on the Classes page shows its temperature.

When Should I Arrive?

Doors open 20 minutes before each class. If it's your first visit, aim for 10 to 15 minutes early so you have time to check in, set up your mat, and settle into the heat before class begins.

Health Conditions and Pregnancy

Hot yoga is intense by design. If you're pregnant or managing a heart condition, blood pressure issues, or any other medical concern, please check with your doctor before practicing in the heat, and let your teacher know before class so they can offer modifications. Listen to your body, rest when you need to, and hydrate well before and after.

How Do I Set Up an Account?

Booking runs through Mindbody. Create your account here once, then book classes on this site or in the Mindbody app. Passes and memberships live on the Prices page.
